- went out to lunch for Papa's 80th bday!! He is healthier than I am and he is just amazing..here he is with little miss out at lunch:
- got locked out of the house by my 2 year old the other day. I ran out in the garage for 2 seconds and closed the door behind me so she wouldn't follow me..I just had to grab something out of the garage that would seriously take 2 seconds. As she was trying to open the door she somehow managed to lock it...so of course I PANICKED. I tried and tried to explain to her to turn the little thingy in the middle of the knob. That did not work. And so Bailey starts to PANIC. and CRY. Which makes me panic more. So I decide to run to the front of the house where I think I may be able to talk her through opening the front door a little easier. I try to explain to her how to unlock it while she is screaming and crying "MOMMY I CANT REACH IT!! COME IN MOMMY! COME IN! " And then she dissapears. She decided that she couldn't get me in so she might as well go play. So I sat there for a few minutes with HUGE carpenter bees swarming over my head because they LOVE my house and if any of you know me you know that anything that flys and stings will send me into straight panic mode as well so that was just the icing on the cake. Oh and you may be thinking oh I could just call Matt and he could come home and rescue me with his key to the house but nope..we had our locks changed and he still doesn't have the key...we always go through the garage which there is no key for. So a few minutes pass and I here Bailey coming back to the door so I look through the door and she is dragging her little princess chair behind her and carrying her lamby (aka stuffed animal that looks like lamb)..and she puts her little chair at the door and climbs on top of it and unlocks the door. This is where I say, CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW SMART MY DAUGHTER IS???? hee hee I am totally being that mom but I don't care because wow I was so impressed and proud:)
-been able to spend lots of time with Nan helping her with stuff..well as you can see maybe we aren't that much help:(

-Fletcher had surgery to remove 3 tumors - 2 were fine and 1 was cancerous so it is being sent away to be tested and all that but we are sure he is going to be just fine! And he gets to wear a fancy t shirt so he won't mess with his stitches- went out to lunch with my Aunt Jeri today who was in town from Dallas! It was so fun spending time with her! We went to lunch and went shopping..Bailey was with us and she dragged us into this photo booth which was quite the experience and SO funny
- got an ipad!!! and it is as wonderful as I thought it would be...however I would be lying if I didn't say there are a few things that could be improved upon but just a few. Seriously it is pretty rad. And I don't use the word rad lightly:)
