Shoe Dazzle Dropout

I know I haven't blogged in forever.  Not really a whole lot going on except football and chasing down a 2 year old.

So this might be interesting to a few people (maybe Beth and Jami:) A couple of months ago I joined Shoe Dazzle..its a monthly shoe service.  What they do is when you join you fill out all of this info online about what styles you like/don't like and then based on that every month at the beginning of the month they send you your shoe selections in an email and then you are supposed to choose 1 pair and then they send them to you for $49.00 every month.  And if for some reason you do not like your selections you can "skip" that month.  I thought this would be fun to try because I can not go shopping at all anymore without hearing "Mommy go to CARWOUSEL!!!!! (aka carousel that is at our mall that B is obsessed with).  or "Mommy no shop, NEED MILKSHAKE!!!" You get the picture.  SO, I thought shoe dazzle would be a great way to keep me up to date with shoes without actually having to go the store.  
SO, when I received my first email with my selections I was so excited, kind of like opening a Christmas present!  But when I opened the email my selections kind of scared me.  All of the shoes had 4 inch heels with platforms..which would have MAYBE been ok in my former life pre baby but now why would I wear heels to go to Target.  Hmmm.  So I emailed them and told them maybe when I filled out my selections they interpreted my style wrong?  I said do you have any flats?  More boots?  I stay home with my little girl and am no longer going to places where I would wear anything like you have sent me previously...and here is what they send me instead:

So to be fair they did send me one option that was a pair of flats.  But they weren't for me.  Can't you picture me taking my dog and child around the block in option #1?  SO because of this I'm dropping out.

On a much more exciting note Matt just wrapped up his photo shoot for Bud Light or Budweiser (keep forgetting which one but one of the buds)..they contacted us a few months ago because they needed models and they thought we might know some guys who play/played football and would be perfect for the shoot..and yes we did!  So when you see the point of sale in your local grocery store/bar/restaurant when football season rolls around that just might be my husband..

Last of all I have to post this picture of Bailey and her cousin Ash in there perfectly matching Addidas pink

track suits.  This was not planned.  They just stopped by the other day and Ash was wearing hers and so was Bailey(track suits courtesy of Grammy Sue for Christmas). They kind of look like mini mobsters or Florida Retirees, right?

And I did have a CUTE video of the two of them but for some reason I guess all of my little videos that I take with my camera are too big to upload on blogger. Grrr.  Oh well.
